Balcony overlooking the lake and a walkable location to lake

Rude, impolite, improper, ill mannered staff (the guy). Dirty room floors and unclean bathroom. Facilities not as advertised. No tea/coffee/bottled water in the room. No coffee for breakfast. Walls of the balcony are filthy dirty from bird poops. Bed was hard as a brick, only memory foam pillow helps a little. Paid $42 for the night and the staff was very rude about the price confusion. SRILANKAN SITUATION, he said. Anything you ask to him, he will just say NO.

Only the location was ok but not maintained, grass was not cut and too much dirt in the garden. We couldn't even take good pics from the garden.

No hot water, we got a triple room and washroom was outside the room, was smelling bad. The staff was not friendly either and the facilities shown on booking are totally fake. Breakfast was just egg sandwich and 2 sausages. Really disappointed

Our 1 Room didn’t have tv as mentioned. We booked for 8 person. But they didn’t have enough beds as mentioned in booking.com. Please correct that. Otherwise everything else is good.
