There is no water to use. According to their explanation, when the water supply stop from the waterboard they have no water. That's mean they have no backups.

They don’t accept card payment.

Bathroom wet floor even after 3 hours I arrived, no water for shower, full of spider webs around it and bird poo, only 1 power point , lights in the room were to dark , the worst breakfast I get in my life travelling. Gardens around it messy.

Amazingly friendly hosts, nice garden with a super nice view over Gregory Lake, a very calm and soothing atmosphere and the city centre as well as Victoria Park are easy and fast to reach on foot. I really enjoyed my stay.

My room was very cold, especially the floor. Although I had a really big and warm bedsheet I was still cold at night. But that has more to do with the climate itself I guess, so better bring warm clothes.

Very special villa on the lakeside, beautiful furniture. The staff was super helpful, the breakfast was good.
