We arrived at the place at 4 pm and the room was not ready despite of informing us by booking app that check in was available since 12 pm After 30 min the room was provided but floated in water , full of humidity over the walls and the towels totally wet. Due the cleaning and conditions we asked the manager ( by phone through an employee) that we would like a discount or cancellation but he treated us we must pay cash and stay as there is no cancellation possible. Then we did so , and we wrote booking service center about our concern of the management of this place - no feedback. Today in the morning we paid the employees in cash and asked for the bill, unfortunately only a signature on their books were as possible so I took a picture as a proof as I was starting to be concerned of the situation. In addition, the employees , young couple , were seriously sick - with a constant coughing. Surprisingly, I received a note from booking saying owner cancel because we did not show up - not sure if they want to avoid the fees or just pretend we didn’t not show up . I keep private the pictures of the place conditions to not disturb the public but looking forward that booking takes care of their partners .

Not worth for money

Staff is very friendly and hospitable. Rooms are clean and smells like rose all over the place. Lakeview is amazing... Cant wait to come back again....

Staff was very nice. Good guy taking care everything. Fantastic breck fast.

the host is friendly and always helpful to us he showed us how to walk to supermarket his cheerful smile made all the difference and i appreciate his chatty nature at night it was noisy because of a party that was nearby, apparently most nights. balcony door was not able to block the noise get ready ear plugs place is close to lake and near a nice plaza restaurant just few mins walk. i would recommend guest not to book a balcony room but another room without balcony just windows the host showed me another room without balcony further back at the house, and it was surprisingly quiet even when the partying was going on at night. i would come again, just not to a room with balcony door, but with just windows.

location is near to a place with party and loud music.
