Location of the property was close to shops, the beach and resturants and takeaways. The site was very friendly and kept clean. The property had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay in the property and we would definatley book to return there

Very lovely family caravan

The caravan is in a great area so close to shops and amusements.

We needed to take our own bedding and had to go out and buy stuff we needed like washing up liquid, toilets rolls and also needed a tea towel to dry the plates n such.

Location was good. Plenty of extra comforts with books,

Can’t fault this property or facilities including large variety of games music and good variety of literature available.

The location is ok as its quite close to the beach however not "beach front" as it says as it's a 20 min walk to the closest beach. The caravan was adequate but very dated definitely in need of some modernisation as it seems to have last had an update in the 90''s or early 00's.

Although the caravan was quite dated, the hob needs an extractor fan as the whole caravan turns into a sauna as soon as you boil anything on it and the sofa bed was unusable. None of it compares to the attitude of Tony and his "crew". Just make sure you leave on time. We overslept on the leaving day so we ended up leaving at 12:30. Understandably the cleaner was badgering to get in and start cleaning before that but when told she would have to wait 30 mins for us to finish packing up she left and 5 mins later 2 of his crew turn up and start throwing our stuff out the caravan breaking my phone and start verbally abusing me. To top it off he then refused to return the security deposit claiming it was to pay for the person to "help" move us out. Would definitely avoid and find another caravan in the area even if you have to pay a little more.
