Price and size of the place was excellent, the beds were most comfortable which helped in getting a good night's sleep. Lovely touch of cereals, tea, coffee, UHT milk available throughout our stay. There was plenty of room for a family of 9 and we cannot wait to book again next year.

The lack of parking facilities (Massive pick up truck right outside the door of the property) and the hot water pressure was low. Would still recommend to others

Location was within walking distance (20 min) to town centre. It provided 4 double bedrooms.

On street parking was a problem throughout the stay with all neighbours moving into any space regardless of where they lived. The breakfast supplied was extremely basic, with out of date pancakes and variety pack cereals.

Cleanliness, large rooms with extra beds. Big bathroom and toiletries including everything you need for a good stay Kitchen with many items you need to prepare breakfast.

Twenty minutes to A52. Floor boards were very noisy and anyone walked on the first floor and stairs made loud squeaky noises.

Good size bedrooms - clean and comfortable Good location - near motorway , shops, take away etc..

Small things- needed more kitchen utensils- only 6 forks for 8 people, better bowls would be good.

Disappointing, There were only sugary cereals and milk. (Some of the cereals were out of date). More healthy choices would have been good.

No plug in the sink which made washing up very difficult. The iron plate was broken and snagged on a new shirt when ironing.
