Very clean and spacious close to shops

There was plenty of space for myself and my colleagues. It was clean, warm and cosy.

The location was great. The property was spotless. All the rooms were good sizes was a great place to stay.

There is only one thing I didn’t like was the heating. It was really cold. We went to the fair and got wet the kids were wet there is no way in turning the heating up it’s got a lock on it so it felt cold a lot of tbt times even adding a hour on didn’t do much that’s the only thing I would say apart from that I’d give the stay full marks for everything else.

Parking atrocious. Gate blocked . Everything done on the cheap . Stated breakfast provided , everything was started , milk half empty etc Area poor , neighbour’s friendly with us but landlord has fallen out with locals . Pots , saucepans dirty .

Comfortable spacious accommodation for a large group of 6 - 8 with reasonable amenities. Ideally located to explore Nottingham and the Peak District and close to super markets and good restaurants and takeaways. Continental breakfast represents cereal and milk...which while not much is more than what self catering accommodations offer usually. Clean towels provided. Beds were clean and very comfortable.

Minor inconveniences which can be forgiven given the good value for money and other positives - on-street parking is a lottery, property has some parking at the back but is a squeeze which the host was transparent about but impossible to use by inconsiderate neighbours parking across the entrance. Property may not have been pre-checked properly before our arrival as there was a bread spread in the fridge that was way past its expiry and had gone bad and the plates and cutlery could have been a bit more clean. TV may need an upgrade...

Great size property and the host was very amenable to a small change in our booking when we arrived. It was in an ideal location for us and was easy for parking. Couldn't have asked for more and will definitely stay again.

The only criticism is perhaps a curtain on the bathroom Window !!
