a spacious house which accommodated our family well. Beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped we had a good 2 night stay there for a family members party.

Easy to find, good communication from owner. Clean, warm, homely, everything we required on hand, Loads of bedrooms to pick from. Modern and seemed recently refurbished, everything good working order. Food shops within walking distance, takeaways nearby. Close to local areas of attraction and good transport links. Outside paved area with seating if weather is nice, and we had no problems with parking.

The house was nice and clean and a great location. A great place to stay.

The property is lovely, spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast is a bonus. Very accesible to a lot of shops.

Great selection of cereals to choose (small note: some opened boxes got stale, suggest the host to check them going forward), beds were very comfortable and rooms had plenty of space. It was very quiet at night, easy on road parking (a little bit crowded at night), with shops/cafes within short walking distance.

There was smoke smell in the house, not significant but noticeable, suggest the host to put a note stopping smokers inside the house/rooms.

The Property was well located 25 mins out of Nottingham and when we arrived was very easy to find. As it was a cold winters day when we arrived it was lovely to find that the property’s heating was on and the place was lovely and warm. I chose this property to allow me to see my son (and friends) from university on New Years Day and cook them a lovely meal. The kitchen and dining area was perfect and well stocked with the things I needed and the dining area spacious enough for the 5 of us to sit and enjoy ourselves. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all spacious and comfortable with the property really holding the heat even when the heating was off. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to use in the future again while my son is in Nottingham at university.
