The location

First of all before we came we booked an extra night then host and stay tried to take out the payment again that had already been payed for so my card was then blocked by the bank. Then on arrival we were greeted by a toilet with a number two down it and not one bit of paper in the property. Also the TV didn't work properly and was never sorted. Then booking.com sent messages to say that we were leaving the next day but we had another 2 night's. So a whole catalogue of errors. To now be told we can have £20 off if we book before the end of the year, I don't think so. So really not happy about this and I want to take it further.

"Short and sweet."

Warm, clean and comfortable. Well equipped missing only a lemon squeezer and paring knife. Extremely convenient for station, Morrisons supermarket, sea front and centre of Cromer, this was particularly helpful for us as we were relying on walking and public transport.

Very little natural light into the flat and no view. No instructions we could find for the cooker, microwave or washing machine. We found instructions for cooker online and we couldn’t get the cooker hood to work.

Towels and bedding provided were a bit grubby, although clean. Shower temperature was very tempermemtal. Insufficient cleaning supplies provided0

"Nice central location, good value and private rear entrance."

The central location, own private door (back door), value for money. Brand new iron! Comfy beds, sheets and towels.

WiFi signal not strong enough to send work files, shower ran out of water for 3. Kitchen knives blunt, bread knife and mixed single knife. No wardrobe space in bunk room, a thin rail or high wardrobe?
