Host & Stay - Cromer Town, Apartment 1

We had an amazing time staying in this lovely apartment. The bed was so comfy, there was a large smart tv so we could watch Netflix etc. Our children loved their room, and there were lots of facilities. It was quiet and in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the beach. The host was kind and helpful. We would stay here in again.

The only thing that we didn’t like, was that on arrival the bedding, pillows and towels were wet and had dog/cat hairs on them. We went out and bought new pillows, bedding and towels, which didn’t matter too much as we brought them back home and can use them. Once we changed the bedding, the bed was extremely comfortable. I would say that bedding and towels is such a minor issue and easily resolved, so we would certainly stay again.

We had a great stay, the property is ideal for a family with small children. The location is excellent. The property has everything you need.

The property is good for a small family but not ideal for 4 adults. The sink being seperate from the bathroom and outside the bedroom is unusual but I understand that they have made the best of the space.

It was a lovely size and ideal for location to beach and shops. The parking was good at the back door to unload from the car, everything was clean and tidy. Also nice and warm for that time of year and kitchen space was very good.

No negatives at all it was excellent for our purposes

Good sized apartment with kettle, microwave washing machine coffee machine and cooker etc

Cleaning wasn't that good , hairs and stains allover the bedding and sofa , we had to sit on towels.

Maybe a little on the small size but great for a short break.

Lovely little apartment. Complete kitchen appliances and utensils. Very central to what we wanted.

Sink outside of bathroom. Difficult to park car, very tight turn to get in. Walls thin could hear podcasts and coughing in the next room.

Great apartment with large, well-equipped kitchen. Location on edge of town was perfect: less than five minutes to both the town and train station. Parking space was a bonus

Location - close to town and beach Gated court yard - ideal for dogs Facilities - Netflix, Alexa, Wi-Fi Amenities - kitchen ware, appliances, towels

3 seater sofa - for 4 guests…maybe could do with a separate chair too. Shower - temperate fluctuates Could do with a dustpan and brush, soft brush and/or hoover to clean up sand. No antibacterial spray. No coffee, sugar or tea.

Great location, very convenience and quiet.
