Lusíadas 53 5ºE - Beautiful River View

This apartment is a fantastic choice for both short and long-term stays. It has good views and a modern design. The space is very clean, with fast and reliable Wi-Fi. The apartment stock is good but personal preference would be to have large drinking mugs. Has strong water pressure with lots of hot water, a comfortable bed but would be better to have large pillows. Bonus that it has a lift but note this is small. Location is good in a nice neighborhood, excellent transport links but will take you 20mins to get to city centre - also be mindful that the trains nearby don't run at the weekend. Lots of local restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets either next to the apartment or within short walk distance. Apartment owners are very responsive.

Would be good if the bedroom window had net curtains or screen to add privacy from neighbours. Also would have been a wonderful bonus if there were sun loungers or outdoor seating on balconies. One drawback is the noise from planes - the apartment is directly underneath flight path.

Nice clean and cozy apartment with wonderful terrace views. Staff was also very welcoming and friendly answering all of our questions. It was everything we needed.

The apartment was missing some useful items / or only had limited amount of certain items (including garbage bags, toilet paper, broom for floor).

Lovely apartment in a great location. Near to lots of shops, restaurants and LX Lisbon. It's a tram or taxi to the centre, but close to all the stops. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

The planes flying over are a bit loud with the balcony doors open, but it's fine at night so not a problem. Its an issue in lots of Lisbon anyway.

Easy and clear instructions to get the keys. The apartment was good and well equipped. The view is very nice.

The sofa bed is not so comfortable and a bit noisy. The shower water is not draining well.

Beautiful apartment with 2 terraces and amazing view, clean and modern. Quick solution of a problem, great communication. We definitely recommend!

It would be nice to have more of dish washing liquid, toilet paper, or tablets for a washing machine. For a few day travellers might be not so convinient to refill all of those things themselves.

Great location and views from the balcony.

Bedroom balcony door handle broken and wouldn’t lock. No dish cloths supplied. Had to buy toilet rolls. Some broken kitchen equipment (chopping board)
