Lusíadas 53 5ºE - Beautiful River View

Clean and comfortable. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Lisbon congress centre.

Water from the shower keep flowing out and easily floods the floor. We were not given extra rubbish bags, not easy when you staying many days. No broom/vacuum so we can’t clean the place. We stayed 5nights so it was uncomfortable not being able to clean the place.

Many flaws in the apparement that could have been adressed if only our host would have answered our calls / messages

Beautiful place, very well located, the area is very nice, there are a lot of place to go eat around. As well we arrived 1,5 hours earlier when someone was cleaning the place and he just let us leave the luggage there with no problem. So we are very happy with the service. As well the host -agency is very responsive and helpful!

The bathroom drain is not working well so we had the bathroom flooded after every shower. This rather should be fixed or al least they should keep some cleaning appliances like a mop in the apartment to clean the water. As we didn't have anything we ended up using the towels to wipe the water and as a result didn't have towels :(

Very convinient to go to the Congress Center by foot, and there are 2 groceries shops less than 200 m away from the building. Further, the amenities are very complete, specially regarding kitchen appliances. Regarding the staff, they were very kind and answer quickly.

For me, it was a little bit noisy during the evening, regarding airplanes and trafic. However, a white noise really helped and solve the problem.

Kitchen, washing machine, tv, two balconies specially the views of one of them (to the big bridge), bathroom. Easy check in and check out.

A bit loud air conditioning, the bathroom didn't have any soap.

The apartment is at the top (5th) floor of a newly renovated building. There is a small elevator and the overall style is modern. The apartment is clean with a little kitchen and ample size bathroom and bedroom. The location is not entirely close to the old town but transport is super easy and inexpensive. There are however 2-3 supermarkets and a beautiful tree-lined street with cafes. The place is comfortable and not bad value. The view is OK but really, is of the brutal architectural bridge spanning the river. It would be good for up to two persons but crowded if more. The communication with the bureau was excellent and they are extremely quick to respond for anything.

There are NO utensils to speak of, nor are there any basic supplies. No dish cloths. No dishwasher tabs (not even a starter). No soap. No dish soap. There was one fork in the entire apartment. seriously…. The shower recess is poorly designed so easy for water to flow out if you’re not careful.

Well equipped apartment with a beautiful view over Lisbon and the river. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, and there are mini makets, bakery, and some restaurants within few meters.

The living room was a bit too tight for a sofa bed, but it wasn't a big deal. There wasn't neither hand soap nor shower gel in the bathroom. The shower drainage wasn't flowing very good.
