I booked very last minute and was expecting to have issues. I but I was extremely surprised how efficient the host was. I got email saying i need to wait for host to respond. I was driving to Leeds so could not check confirmation email. During the break I saw my email with the lock key code. Which was big relief. The host didn’t ask for extra deposit. Arrived late for check in and keys were there waiting for me with the correct code. Just fantastic. Went inside to have a Quick Look. It was nice and clean smelling nice and fresh. I was very impressed. Nice neighbourhood ample parking. Close to town overall a lovely stay.

For a family host didn’t put out too many toilet rolls lol. Could do with a few more tea towels. Decor could do with an upgrade but the main thing is it feels like home. a mirror in the bathroom would be very helpful.

The location is strategic and about 20 min walk to city centre.

The chairs were already quite worn out, and one of the pots weren’t clean.

Very very disappointed. I have suggested to the owner to clean and freshen up the house before guests arrive. I had to clean things before using them. The only thing that was a slight bonus was the jacuzzi, but it wasn't clean, so not really a bonus. I would not suggest it for anyone to stay unless it was a group for a party.
