Beds were comfy.

The place felt like it needed a deep clean. Was musty with cobwebs in the corners. Settee was ripped and looked shabby

Good location and very nice touches by the host.

Good location, near our daughters uni residences. Easy location to walk to the centre. Property clean and warm.

There was a hot tub that we wanted to go in however there were restrictions on noise so we unfortunately didn’t make use of this. Feel this is not a necessity for the property in these circumstances.

Beds were comfy and the location was good

The hot tub didn’t heat up anywhere near enough (no response from host when this is mentioned). We waited 5 hours and it went from 18 to 26 degrees. It also wasn’t the cleanest property (E.g. bathroom floors had a layer of dust around the outside suggesting they haven’t been properly cleaned in a long time)

The accommodation is about 25-30 minutes walk from Leeds train station, 15-20 minutes walk to Leeds University. The accommodation is fine. The rooms are very spacious, and reasonably clean. The kitchen has plenty of cutleries.

There are very limited cooking utensils: a small old pan, two small cooking pots, no Colander or anything else. The fridge doesn't work properly; the freezer seems ok. The fridge freezes everything and needs some cleaning.
