Juan was a very helpful host who met us at the property and showed us around the apartment. There were 3 of us staying for the week and the stay was very enjoyable.

Host was really friendly and helpful and helped to make it a really great holiday. The location is brilliant, right near the main beach strip and town of Los cristianos with a great range of bars and restaurants. Tennis courts are right next to apartment and are in reasonably good condition. Complex is peaceful with just a few people round the pool each day. Much more chilled out vibe than Playa de Las Americas which suited us perfectly. Reasonably priced food and drink right on the beach. Siam water park recommended for a great day out and free bus service is a easy to get from just around the corner from apartment. Airport is just a 30 minute and €30 cab ride.

Transfer from the airport was more expensive when booked in advance and driver was unfriendly and unhelpful. Just pick a cab up outside the airport, its way cheaper. Few bits around tge apartment not working but not a big problem. Some of the aircon units need fixing but not a problem when we went, would be more of an issue in height of summer.

Place was great, set in a residential area of Los cristianos, little walk to main thoroughfare but not the worst, smaller kids is a decent walk for them. Host was great, extremely helpful and communicative, would definitely recommend Juan 👌🏻

No need for 3 toilets, little cramped but it is a small apartment, could do with little paint improvements here and there but overall very comfortable apartment. Balcony could have some safety features for toddlers, fill in the gaps a little

It was possible to check-in earlier and everything was smooth. The host was super! The tennis field and the pool were great. The garden around the building was very nice. Market very close. Parking place in the basement.

Small thing, the locks for the indoor doors did not worked.

Great space for 3 adults and 2 small children. AC was very good. Fan in bedroom didn't work but we were given a very good upright fan which was perfect. Couch very comfortable and a great size. Fully equipped kitchen, washing products, a welcome pack of treats which was a lovely touch. Loungers for the pool, tennis rackets, toys for the kids. Very enjoyable stay and a great host, very attentive and helpful. Anything we asked for, we got almost immediately. But needed nothing major, the apartment is turnkey.

The gaps between the railing on balcony need to be covered as a small child could easily fall through. This was the only bad thing
