Cristimar H23 big pool, 3 bedroom and 3 baths

This is a fantastic apartment. It’s very clean and has a lovely balcony. Its location is brilliant. It’s only a few minutes away from bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend for older people or people with mobility issues. As it’s only minutes away from the walkway to Las Americas. With only a small hill to navigate.

There’s not much we didn’t like about this apartment. The bathrooms are bit on the small side and the 3rd bathroom is really only a toilet. Which is very very small.

Location is good, close to supermarket, restaurants and bars. Neighborhood is quiet and nice. Juan was very helpful and nice.

Bathroom’s are a little tight and not able to lock the doors, but otherwise very nice apartment.

The place was very well equipped, and the nice host had kindly left coffee, snacks and various things you might need. He went to considerable trouble to meet us, and to deal with the odd issue that arose. There is a communal pool, and quite a nice balcony. However, The nature of the huge development, with 300 odd apartments and attempts to stop outsiders getting in makes for great complexity, with lots of locks to get in and out, an apartment entry code that changes regularly, and a complex parking set up. Some might not mind any of this - it's just that we are not the people who enjoy that kind of big development.

The apartment spec was great, 3 beds, 3 bathrooms, but itturned out all the bedrooms were small and the bathrooms tiny. If you had six people staying, it would be pretty crowded. And for that, we think it was quite overpriced.
