Apartment was nice , and clean and spacious

To start with you have to go to a whole different address to collect keys before heading to the apartment. You have to the drop the key of here before leaving on check out too …. Which we did at 9.30am to the shop being closed, tried calling the owners of the booking 4 times but no answers. We then had to walk all the way back to apartment with our luggage all the while trying to get to the train station on time!! No towels for the bathroom floor which led to one of our guests slipping - we put a towel on the floor for safety but got charged £54 for this as they said it got dirty!! No hand towels so couldn’t wash and clean hands with anything other than the towels they provided for washing ourselves. Which are white and ofcourse makeup will go on it , one of which was actually our own towel which they refuse to admit. There was gas canisters outside the building door, with gas balloons all in the lift and corridor of our apartment. No mirrors in the apartment atall apart from one bathroom. No tea towels to clean any thing up We got £54 of our deposit taken of us because of dirty towels? Charged us for an apparent burn mark on a bed sheet but we didn’t even use electrical appliances in the bedroom as there isn’t plugs / mirrors .

Lovely place, everything you might need and hosts were very helpful every time we contacted them. There was some rubbish under the beds but nothing major.

The only things we think they could improve on is the bed next to the wardrobe in the bedroom with ensuite. The mattress was very thin and you could feel all of the springs. One of our party had to sleep on the sofa. No mirrors in the bedrooms to get ready and no plugs next to the bathrooms where the mirrors were. Luckily I had an extension plug so were able to get ready properly.

The rook looks exactly like the images, but we are not sure how well it was cleaned before we arrived as we were finding objects left by passed guest, the were also markings and damage from previous guest too. Except that it was lovely to stay in and had fun!

You have to pick up keys at a different location that I wondered how easy that would have been if you don’t drive and you have luggages. Only to even get there and we were asked to go back as the cleaner was still at the property. This was after check in time of 3pm. Never have I seen a check in of 3pm and checkout of 10am. To make it worse, they charge for every hour you want to check in /check out earlier/later. We couldn’t get access into the property till almost 4pm. The drainage of one of the bath tubs was bad. There was no shower gel . No sponge to wash plates, neither was there dishwasher soap tabs. The WiFi kept disconnecting because the cord wasn’t good. The advert said free parking but there was only space for 3 cars in a building that had numerous flat. I eventually got a ticket where I parked. I informed the property management and they promised to refund £50 but never did. Also, there was a flat next door where they had a baby and were disturbed by our voices. Considering it’s a 2 bedroom Airbnb, maybe they didn’t want us to talk at all. I wonder

They were really eager for us to check in late, but desperate for us to leave through such an early check in - For an extended check in time, a deposit had to be made. For using the key, you had to squeeze as if it was a Korean dramatic film, luckily we had watched Korean films before this so we were well advanced in dramatic locks.
