Fantastic location, just on the edge of town with lovely views from the balcony. Great restaurants and beach close by.

Unfortunately, the place is badly in need of upgrade and repair. From exposed electrical wiring centimetres from the kitchen sink, to old, broken, dirty and uncomfortable balcony furniture, uncomfortable beds, tiny pillows and towels, we were left with the sense that customer satisfaction was a low priority. Cracked tiles in bathroom, dirty plughole in the bath etc. The bedding did not smell the freshest either. It's a shame, and we give this poor review reluctantly, because the location is amazing and the place has great potential, however as payment is required well in advance of the stay and is non-refundable, it is best to advise others. This needs some work to meet a minimum standard of hygiene and safety. We would not return and we think it is very poor value for the price. When you are on vacation, you do not want to have to bring your bins out, or ask for cleaning, or a safe place to leave luggage. These things should be standard in a property that is being let commercially.

Dealing with the host, Paolo, was straightforward and we were allowed to check in to the property two hours before the check-in time which was a bonus. The apartment is in a great location as its in a nice quiet area of the town, but close enough to walk into the centre of an evening to visit the bars and restaurants. Its also very close to the elevator to take you down to the beach and the Intermarche Supermarket is about a 5 minute walk uphill. The views from the balcony of the apartment are fantastic, particularly the sun rise, although the sun tended to go off our balcony around midday.

The apartment is quite dated, and the bathroom in particular could do with an upgrade.

The accommodation is in an excellent location, 5 mins walk from the old town square. The balcony overlooking the sea is spectacular. There is a snack bar and little pub located nearby, which we loved.

The little road by the bedroom can have some passing noise, but it does not go on too late to cause to many issues.

The front door noisy when opening and closing. Also the apartment doors also quite loud when closing.. Shower very basic runs from Bath taps very little adjustment for temperature

The view from the apartment is amazing, the kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is located in the old town part of the city but in the calm area :) there’s a nice coffee shop at the other side of the street.

The front door opening is loud.

Ideal location for shops, restaurants and the beach. Great view from the balcony.

Could be more generous with the check-in and checkout hours.
