The entrance and the shoddy brick work. The size of the property and the pictures that made the place look deceptively larger. The disgusting oven with black marks all over it and the horrible bath that leaks with the most disgusting bath matt that made you fell weezy. The couch bed which is just a couch and had no backing to it just extra pillows used to cover it up with the springs broken and was stained. The smell from the pillows and the blanket provided with no covers or bed pillows provided, considering it was described as a couch bed. The garden that I can extend my arms and reach both sides again made to look bigger using a diffent lens on the camera possibly with a 0.5 zoom. The spider webs everywhere and the spiders along with manny other bugs. The dirty skirting boards that had dust that seemed it had settled since the 20th century.

Lovely Stay! We had a great experience staying here. The owners were very kind and communicated well throughout, always checking to make sure we were okay. They provided a parking permit promptly, which was very helpful. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. Highly recommended

The check-out time was too early

It was in a good location and the communication from the hosts were good. It was quite clean and spacious.

It wasn’t fully hoovered and clean when we came, there were several things that were either damaged or not functioning, such as the door lock, scissors, lamps, etc.

Nice area just a few miles from Manchester centre . Nice private garden open plan

I recieved two parking tickets we were only there a short time and parked at the properties parking .. I’m not sure if a neighbours called them or what’s gone on as it’s pretty random to have a raffia warden do that in not a main area so I’m wondering is it a long term dispute with a neighbour who doesn’t like a rental property next door . I was completely parked legally so the owner needs to find out whose doing this to their guests and why . I will of course challenge the tickets but it’s unecessary hassle for a guest . ???

The property was very cozy all basic facilities were provided by the host. The property was clean. The host was very quick in responses.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable. One of the bed was making noises while we were sleeping.
