"Superb"

House was generally well cleaned and in reasonable status . It was kept nicely warm and comfortable even during the freezing weather outside. Kids enjoyed the comfort of their bed. Provision for playing board for kids was a plus. Quiet area and very short distance to city centre and shopping facilities.

Baby cot was too small and too low. Baby kept waking up and we had to take her out and she slept in our bed. Mattress in second bedroom is really hard, less comfy. Master bedroom bed headboard not fixed. We did not appreciate that the £250 security deposit option was said to be refunded only after 24 days, which seems a deterrent for this option leaving us to have to pay a £32 fee which is non refundable. However during check out it is stated that security deposit would be refunded in 5-7 days. We were asked to bring our waste to outside but all bin were already overflowing from previous guests.

"Great location about £10 via uber to Manchester city centre"

Great location, own driveway. Bathrooms and living room nicely furnished. If you're a family and plan on having more than 1 car don't as only 1 space on the drive and if you park on the road you will get a ticket as need a permit

Beds were hard, didn't sleep well on the first night but body soon got use to it, more attention to detail needed for cleaning especially the skirting boards and dust on top of picture frames. Damage to some fixures and fittings bed side table, chair at dining table and photo frame cracked in bedroom.

"Nowhere NEAR Dazzling"

Location

There was nothing to like. The apartment was very small for a 4 bedroom and the facilities in very bad condition. The toilet/bathroom had a leak that was reported from day 1 but wasn't fixed . The leak made the electricity short circuit and we went for periods without electricity.( HUGE HEALTH AND SAFETY RISK) The bedsheets had stains on them and bathroom was dirty. The dining furniture was in bad condition and someone sat on it and the chair gave way underneath her, the TV stand gave way, the garden had rubbish kept in it (cardboard packaging) left at the back. I intended to book for 8 people but my booking.com account was preset to 1 adult 1 child -.I called and spoke to the management of the property to tell them.I needed to rectify that before signing the contract and they advised I only needed to pay £10 per night per person after the 6th person which meant £40. They charged me £100. At check out, a cleaner showed up at 10.00 prompt and threw us out -.by 10.18am 3 of us were already in an uber to a family friends house and the others in our car rental to another hotel by 10.23am and yet these guys sends us a bill for late check out. This is after I repeatedly made complaints from the moment we checked in as asked for someone to come round to fix the issues I raised and no one came. I have done airbnb for years and a genius level 3 on Booking.com and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had in any airbnb property.
