提前几天跟房东说了很晚才到达，刚好房东及房屋管理人员外游度假，天气很冷，没有人把暖气打开，到了看不懂打开暖气的操作，一晚没暖气，非常冷，身体发抖睡不着，第二天着凉感冒了一个月才好，房东认为自己没问题，是我们自己不懂操作启动暖气，凌晨一点发信息给房东几天后才回复说丢失了手机，也不愿意补偿，我也无语了。

The communication with Paul was very good. Everything was great, there was water in the fridge, tea and coffee pods and even the fire was ready for us just to light it. Paul let us check in a bit earlier, which was very helpful. We would be happy to use Paul's place again.

Everything was fine.

Lovely house, comfortable couch and the bed was fantastic. Great touch with the bottled water in the fridge on arrival and coffee pods too. Kitchen was very well equipped and the communication was perfect. Location was handy with regular buses to the city centre (10 mins journey) within 1-2min walk as well as cafes, shops and pubs.

Purtroppo nonostante l'impatto iniziale sia stato più che positivo, sia io che il mio fidanzato abbiamo riscontrato dal giorno successivo diverse punture di cimici dei letti. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti (26-27 agosto) senza controllare lo stato di lenzuola e materasso e appena rientrati a casa sono comparsi i primi segni, io ho avuto una reazione allergica importante che mi ha tenuta in ospedale. Non appena realizzata la causa ho scritto al proprietario che mi ha assicurato che effettuerà un intervento di disinfestazione sull'appartamento. Spero davvero che nessuno debba andare incontro a quello che sto passando, metto foto per far capire la gravità della situazione. Dispiace profondamente lasciare una recensione così dato quando ci era piaciuto l'appartamento, ma i materassi vanno regolarmente controllati e puliti, specialmente in strutture di hospitality.

I know it's been said before, but it begs saying again: it's not just a house, it's a home. It's got everything: water bottles in the fridge, coffee and cocoa capsules, wide assortment of teas, cookies in the jar, towels, soap, cleaning products, bamboo toothbrushes in the bathroom, and a back garden with a washing line! We had a lovely stay. Great communication with the host.

Dum je blizko autobusove zastavky, kolem je dostatek obchodu a sluzeb, parkovani zdarma na ulici, vyzvednuti klicu ze schranky u dveri je v pohode.

Dum nebyl cisty. Prach a spina byly pod postelemi, na listach kolem pokoju, v rozich mistnosti. Objevily jsme i pavuciny u stropu. Spatne odtekal odtok ve vane. V celem dome vrzaly podlahy a schodiste. ale nejhorsi bylo, ze v postelich byly STENICE. Majitel sice po nasem oznameni vymenil matrace, ale moc to nepomohlo. Manzel i deti byli pokousani na rukach, nohou, krku, zadech...Po prijezdu domu, jsme museli podniknout spoustu opatreni, abychom si stenice neprivezli, a vyhodit nektere veci. Kontaktovali jsem majitele s zadosti o refund, ale i pres sliby nam zadne penize neposlal, tak jsme kontaktovali booking.com a pry nam vrati 100 liber. To je opravdu malo za tento neprijemny zazitek. Ubytovani nedoporucuji.

Great place to stay in a great neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to city centre. Host is very friendly.
