The location is in a questionable part of town. My wife and I didn’t feel safe.

Bed was amazing.

Fridge is very noisy.

Great location, close to a lot of activities and places in downtown Phoenix. Very comfortable and stayed cool during a hot Arizona day!

Clean easy to find

The pictures are acurate

Was told early check out would be accommodated was basically a lie cause i was only actually able to check in 30 minutes earlier than my original scheduled time. Was told that my room should be ready by noon then it kept getting pushed back i checked in at 3:30 my original check in scheduled time before requesting and earlier check in and being told that would work was 4. Second but this one isnt there fault still affected my experience was the power went out shortly after i got in and stayed out for several hours. The facilities were dressed nice but there were flaky things on the bedding which was gross and the cleaning lady conpletely ignored the outside areas when she cleaned. There was a half eaten debbie cake on the side walk right outside the door that she had to have passed like 10 times and coffee stains on the patio.

Great place, close to Downtown and easy access to major highways, routes around Phoenix.

Surrounding area a little sketchy, would not recommend walking around at night.
