Phoenix Retreat - Studio with King Bed - 10 min from Airp - Unit C

I loved the aesthetic of this particular unit. Obsessed with the complete layout of the furniture, wall designs, colors, etc. I’ve stayed here a few times now and every time I’m always happy just to be there due to the ambiance. Also, I love how big the bed is… For some reason it feels larger than a king sized bed.. there’s something extra comforting about it 😂. I’ll absolutely be a returning guest yet again!!

It’s challenging to think of negative aspects. If I *had* to pick something I would say I do wish the checkout time was a bit later. (However - the host is almost always willing to accommodate with a late checkout as well 😎).

Communication

The studio is very comfortable and well appointed. Plenty of space with a very comfy bed. Down pillows a plus. It is chokka with gadgets and you can customise the set up as you like it. There are lots of lights, but not much natural light, so it doesn't get too hot and keeps the sound out The place is very quiet. I grew to like the crazy mural that compensates for the very few windows. The place even had an electric kettle, a rarity in the USA, even if the American ones are super slow on account of the voltage.

The shower isn't tiny, but the angle of the shower head does not make full use of the space. I would prefer a removable shower head. The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy and you probably need to take care wandering around at night. However, it's not far from the city centre and you can access it very cheaply and quickly by Uber or Lyft.

Close to the airport, easy to reach with an Uber. Everything was clear, all facilities worked well. The bed was confy, the garden was equipped woth minigolf and such.
