Please note that construction work is taking place daily from Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 22:00, and the unit may be affected by noise. Please note that the swimming pool is closed on Mondays. Swimming pool access is complimentary for up to 4 adults. Please note that the swimming pool is open from 08:00 until 19:00. Children can only use the swimming pool until 18:00. Please note that additional guests above the maximum unit occupancy will incur an additional charge of PHP 250 per person. Parking is available for PHP 35 for the first 3 hours and PHP 5 per hour after that, and overnight parking is available for PHP 140 per day. Beach access is complimentary up to two children for those aged 6 years and below. Please note that the beach is open from 06:00 until 18:00. There is an additional charge to use the beach: Adult: PHP 350 per person up to 4 adults. Additional guest: PHP 1088 per person on weekdays and PHP 1288 on weekends and holidays.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"A great modern apartment with close amenities"

The property is well furnished and modern, in a great location close to the airport for a one night layover and everything you need close by. The beach access is also a bonus! The kitchen had everything you need and we made a lovely pasta using the utensils.

The apartment was ready when we arrived early but they were going to charge us 600 pesos to check in (even though the room was empty and ready) - I don’t really understand that but oh well. Our friends also had a long wait after check in until their flight and were not allowed to store their bags after checkout, even though we were able to the day before as we waited for check in - again another thing which was slightly annoying.

"Good place for a long layover in safe and modern neighbourhood of Cebu"

We have only spent a night (a longer overnight layover we had in Cebu) but it turned out to be a good decision. The place is clean, a residential building in the safe new developing area of the city, being close to many restaurants and shops.

Being situated in a developing area, there was a construction site on the left side, but the noise was not bothering us when the windows were closed.

The communication with the host was great. Great value for money. The host was very accommodating as we had a last minute flight delay and organised a late checkout with minimal notice. We really appreciated it.

Very clean, quiet, food shopping close by. A great place to recover from your flight or to prepare to return home. Comfortable, and clean.

Nothing! Pool was closed during our stay, but it was communicated beforehand. Great communication.
