Please note that construction work is taking place daily from Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 22:00, and the unit may be affected by noise. Please note that the swimming pool is closed on Mondays. Swimming pool access is complimentary for up to 4 adults. Please note that the swimming pool is open from 08:00 until 19:00. Children can only use the swimming pool until 18:00. Please note that additional guests above the maximum unit occupancy will incur an additional charge of PHP 250 per person. Parking is available for PHP 35 for the first 3 hours and PHP 5 per hour after that, and overnight parking is available for PHP 140 per day. Beach access is complimentary up to two children for those aged 6 years and below. Please note that the beach is open from 06:00 until 18:00. There is an additional charge to use the beach: Adult: PHP 350 per person up to 4 adults. Additional guest: PHP 1088 per person on weekdays and PHP 1288 on weekends and holidays.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"Pleasant"

Nicely decorated. Close to Mactan airport.

No soundproofing. The neighbors were having a karaoke party. We asked them to stop, which they did, but you could still hear them speaking and laughing through the walls... no sleep for us 😑. Some wear and tear.

-The host and staff were perfect. Very friendly and excellent, timely communication. -within walking distance of grocery stores, cafes, resorts, water sports, shrine and restaurants -well-maintained apartment and building -lovely pool area -safe, upcoming area, but not too far from the hustle and bustle

The apartment is on the small side and storage is limited. More suited to one person, especially if you plan to unpack during your stay. No laundry facilities inside the building. Likewise you need to request for the cleaners to come, but this gets arranged immediately so isn’t actually an issue.

"Well located near the airport, and a smart well equipped apartment."

The apartment was very well located near the airport. The pool was large and well maintained. The location provides some restaurants near by in other hotels.

The chlorine of the small pool bleached my shorts - this was a surprise when I got out of the pool.

"Perfect for last night stay for airport 12"

Location, cost, cleanliness and shops nearby. We were just wanting something nearby to airport for one night and was perfect for a family of 4 with two small children.

There was an event on going nearby that was very noisy at our kids' bedtime but it wasn't on late... Otherwise it was great!!!
