Very nice room very quiet and lovely.

Tv could be in the bedroom

They are fake....they are charged the amount and again they are asking the payment deposit 250 pounds ,that's fine main problem they will only share the location after this payment only..They are not mention while booking about this deposit...I lost 60 pounds for this booking ...They are not providing the location...I told him I will come to the location and I need to see the property...But they are not giving the address...Don't be get fake from these people...If there is any additional deposit..you should must mention in description...And I book a room in Brittania hotel in Birmingham ...Main highlight of this place is no cancellation or refund....

Heater and smart TV provided .

WiFi password wrongly provided and Hairdryer cannot be used, no reply for these two problems. The sound insulation equipment is relatively poor. Not enough garbage bags.

Property management are awful, didn’t let me check in even though I had booked it from the day prior. Eventually got in and it was not very clean. They promised me one nights refund to compensate and have ignored me ever since. It has been over a week now. The property is also like a 10 minute walk from the building entrance. Carpets were dirty and bath didn’t drain properly. The toilet flush button was also very stiff and hard to push

That it was 1min away from the Theatre, ironically felt more unsafe inside the flat/building than I did walking past the pubs on the way home from work

This entire experience felt like a scam and would not recommend! False advertising at its finest and everything from the initial communication and them trying to take the deposit money out of my account twice, to the vague description of the building and no heads up about it being under reconstructions, to stained sheets upon arrival, poor cleanliness even after having to send a staff member to change my bedding and ‘clean’ further. WiFi didn’t work, the shower blocked, main door handle was wobbly and the cherry on top: the double doors in the living room area facing the courtyard opened in the windy morning of my departure (although I had locked the handle and triple checked before going to bed!!) and it appeared the ‘passing’ door was missing the bolts which normally are found at the top and bottom of it for security purposes. Absolutely dreadful and more so as a female travelling for work. Worst digs I’ve ever stayed in
