Location and layout

The front door lock was tricky and the fridge door drinks shelf was missing. The TV and box didn't work and there wasn't any dish washing equipment

Location and parking are great, staff excellent, we complained about facilities and cleanliness and were moved to a different apartment immediately. The owners were very apologetic and moved us immediately, thank you

Poor facilities, poor cleaning, very cramped and dark with a loud extraction vent directly outside the window

The apartment is in the perfect location.Easy access to everything I needed.I literally didn't want to go back to Manchester.

There was no mat in the bathroom.

Hallways smelled of marajuana and the room was not as clean

The bedding was Not Fresh had a somewhat pre-used look and feel The bathroom ceiling needs repairing the sealant around the bath top and base had mould on some parts of it. The T.V. don't work Front door lock faulty want work properly takes a long times to open The water and drain from the kitchen sink Stinks!! a very unpleasant odour every time you turn the tap on... Also 'Booking.com' added an extra *£30 to the original total* and the final Check Out
