The stairs are narrow but this is a very small negative we loved everything else. Everything was great :-)
GB- Very very friendly and helpful host - Brilliant location, right in the heart of Split. You couldn’t get better than this. Also very easy to find. - The room itself is extremely clean, air conditioning and fridge works perfectly! - Excellent nights sleep, bed extremely comfortable, and even though the location is busy, the bedroom was quiet! Would 100% return.

The only issue was the narrow steep stairs, Difficult to maneuver with suitcases
AUit is so convenient to everything Split central has to offer / great location. Great communication easy access - maybe stairs a tad tricky.
