Lovely spacious lodge, great location for sight seeing. Local bus stop right outside complex.

The mattress in the main bedroom was uncomfortable due to sloping in the middle.

So much more available than you imagine you need. More than a home from home.

Door was an issue but didn't hinder our stay. So nothing on the grand scheme of things.

The Depot restaurant at the front of the park served lovely food and the staff were really friendly. It was so dog friendly. The lodge was perfect with everything we required

The maintenance people didn't get back to us even after contacting them twice

Lovely spacious lodge and decking. Perfect for what we needed whilst looking for a wedding venue.

There were 2 very dirty mugs in the cupboard and a couple of saucepans were dirty...not checked by cleaners. We run an Airbnb so we know how difficult pans are to check but mugs had real leftover coffee in them. Double mattress very soggy and the front door lock was broken. So needing a little TLC. My husband is a good DIY man so made a temp repair. Don't get me wrong the lodge is gorgeous!!! We would come back still.

No mattress protectors in the main bedroom

Comfortable and spacious layout for 2 adults and 2 children. Located with view to a hedge rather than a neighbouring van. Games suitable for kids and adults were enjoyed. Dvds and books a nice touch but not used by us. Nearby shop and pub are great and open all year. Coffee pods supplied are always appreciated. Plenty of crockery and cutlery available as well as cooking utensils.

TV channels limited but iPlayer kept us going for the short time we were wanting to use it. The property had no heating on and at the time of arrival (5pm) and it was an uncomfortable 9 degress insude. Heating was ok once on. Double bed felt very small (it may be a standard size but we are used to a king at home).
