風呂トイレが別で、清潔でした。

前の人のレシートが落ちていた。 洗濯物を干すハンガーがほぼなかった。 少しコインランドリーが遠いので、あってくれるといいなと感じました。

It’s in a very good location. Relatively quiet at night, which is good for sleep. The beds are actually comfortable enough. If you’re here for only one night or two, it’s a fair choice. The fridge provided is big. There is washing machine provided at the balcony. The trash bin provided is bigger than usual.

Although basic amenities were provided, the space is really compact, not suitable for adults size L and the elderly. And you have to be flexible enough to crawl in and out from the second bed space. The bathroom is really small, which makes it difficult to keep your clean change of clothes and towels dry while bathing. There are no place to hang clothes and towels. I would recommend to install wall track for hangers. As well as hangers for laundry. Oh, there’s no table, so you’ll end up using the top of the trash bin as a makeshift table.

Good location near the station Free laundry facilities. Comfortable beds.

A table would be nice.

Property was great. Very comfortable.

The property was on the first floor but you need to go up stairs to get to it.

博多駅から近く歩ける立地なのは、とてもよかった。エアコンのききもよく、風呂とトイレが別。ベッド1つに2人寝るのに十分な広さ。

アパートの1室なので上の階の人が歩くだけでけっこうな音がするし響く。物を落とした音やトイレやシャワーの水音はとても大きく聞こえ、階段昇降時には振動まで伝わる。玄関まで10段ほどあり、荷物を運ぶのに大変だった。下のベッドの出入りに屈まないとならず、天井に背中をぶつけた。風呂パッキンに少しだがカビと汚れがあり気になった。
