"Didnt meet my expectations"

The staff was very friendly and polite hotel room was spacious.

The location was not good, not clean , tried to make coffee at the hotel room but there were ants in the kettle. Says at booking that spa services were included but it wasnt like that, just 30%discount. I didnt mind to pay for that just would like the hotel to be honest with me.
