Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, and we especially appreciated the housekeeping staff for their excellent work. We also had a great experience with the chef/bar staff, who were very friendly and provided wonderful service throughout our stay. However, our final night completely ruined the positive impression we had. Around 2:30 AM on Monday, May 4, the receptionist tried to arrange a taxi for us even though the hotel is very close to the airport. He first asked for 15 EUR, then lowered it to 10 EUR. I clearly said I would only accept if it was 10 USD, and he agreed. At the last minute, just before the car arrived, he suddenly told us we had to pay 10 EUR instead. I refused because this was not what we agreed on. The situation was very frustrating and disappointing, especially after an otherwise pleasant stay. I ended up leaving the hotel upset and ordered an Uber instead, which only cost 2.5 USD. It’s unfortunate that such behavior at reception overshadowed an otherwise good experience.

Incroyable, personnel gentil et bon accueil, les locaux sont jolie et l'hôtel est très intimiste et surtout proche de TOUT.

El hotel impecable, todo excelente calidad y excelente servicio. Muy cerca del centro y ahí mismo puedes organizar las excursiones para ir a las diferentes islas de Hurgada como Orange Bay, Hula hula, etc.El desayuno e de excelente calidad y cenamos en el hotel también y todo genial. Tiene piscina y servicios de Spa, puedes usar el Jacuzzi y Sauna en tu estancia sin coste. Camas muy cómodas, habitación grande baño excelente y su propia terraza y utensilios de cocina.Estuvimoa poco tiempo y lamentamos no habernos quedado mas por el itinerario del viaje porque fue el mejor hotel que tuvimos en Egipto.

Hotel versprach nicht der Erwartung und der Pool war winzig, der Wellnessbereich nicht inklusive sowohl stand inklusive täglichen Zugang zum Wellnessbereich. Zimmer ohne Balkon
