It was very warm, clean, comfortable and quirky. It’s a short if steep walk to the beach which is was great for the dog walking. Town shops are relatively close with a good mix of typical high street ones.

One of our party has difficulty with stairs, and it would be great if it was mentioned on the information that there are 5 flights overall and one flight to reach the toilet.

Great property in a brilliant location.

Excellent location in Scarborough old town, close to the harbour but far enough away that it is a quiet location. Lots of information provided in advance by Kev & Tish - super friendly hosts. There is no parking directly outside the property but plenty of spaces in adjacent streets, did not have any problems finding somewhere to leave the car - parking permits were provided for the duration of . Milk, bread and biscuits left for us on arrival. House is well appointed and furnished. Certainly get your steps up each day going from the kitchen diner to the bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in this part of the country.

Water pressure in the shower is a bit low and a shelf/soap tray in the shower would be helpful, bed in the main bedroom is a little on the short side but that wouldn't put me off staying again.

Loved the views and the house was beautiful

Quiet street in the old part of Scarborough. Very near to the seafront with copious eating places and safe swimming. Warning: Scarborough is hilly!

Four flights of stairs which I did not expect.

Parking near the house was on a first come basis,although there was free Parking after 6pm a little further A blackout blind would be good for the bedroom on the top floor

Location was excellent, almost right on the seafront and easy access to local shops, venues etc. The decoration is lovely throughout.
