I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and all the facilities were well maintained. The service was outstanding, and everything made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Staff were unbelievably friendly and welcoming. Really happy to cater to whatever need you have. Good location near the heart of Camps Bay with a 10 mins walk (uphill on the way back). The lounging area by the pool is great getting the afternoon sun and beautiful sunset.

The staff were very friendly and polite. They were available from the moment we arrived, helped us with our luggage and checked us in quickly. Every time we met some in the property, they smiled and greeted us - it was lovely. We had the rear garden courtyard room for our stay which had gorgeous views of the Twelve Apostles and the Table Mountain cable car.

Fantastic location, central to everything and Terence and the team were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Massive thank you and I’d definitely recommend this place.

I liked everything about it.

Fantastiskt personal, fin miljö, fin trädgård, jättefin frukost. Fint läge och mysig by.

Luktade mycket mögel på rummet och hade inte velat sova där så många dagar. I övrigt var hotellet mycket fint, så det kanske bara var i vårt rum.
