The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and welcoming, they remembered us from a previous visit which is always nice

The sea view room could have been a little more luxurious - the bathroom was small, a window wasn't lockable, the balcony could have had sun loungers, no lift in the building

"Over priced and hostel feel."

The room is so basic. For the price point they is zero value. No sea view as advertised and when we asked we were told its a deluxe room. As if we would know this from pictures. Lets talk about the room Bathroom - no vanity to put down your cosmetics etc. It was a trip back to the room to apply face cream No Face cloths. Towels decent enough but not premium Amenties No gown, no slippers - zero comfort No bedside mats - literally you woke up at placed your feet on the floor No carpet in the room View of room is backyard into the property laundry etc. We could see staff carrying towels etc. Only when you raise your head do you see the 12 Apostles. Now that is 1 point. Room walls thin we could hear people showering on either end - we were in room 11 Cleanliness - floors need a polish. 2nd morning the tea/coffee station not properly cleaned. Sugar that had spilt the morning still there. Staff - friendly enough, but I got the sense they were not willing to make amends We were so dissappointed overall we didn't have their breakfast, prefering to eat out The room was #11. DON'T Book unless you want to feel like you are in a 3 star room. For what the room cost per night even for Cape Town standards its over priced and under delivers.
