Les hôtes nous ont très bien accueilli et sont très gentils. Les parties communes sont très bien équipées. Les chambres sont propres et les lits très confortable. Le lieu est à proximité de tous les endroits à visiter !

Extremely kind and hospitable hosts. Felt like being treated as family and definitely a highlight of the stay (among the wonderful skiing you get access to nearby)

A bit cold in the mornings (no central air) but just make sure to bring warm clothes and there's also a heater you can turn on in the mornings in the dining area.

JR小樽駅から近い。観光に便利な立地。歩いて街歩きができる。小樽の食べ物は美味しく、美術館も多く、ショッピングも楽しい。ひとり旅でも楽しめる。ゲストハウス来夢では、より良いゲストハウスを運営しようと努力をしている。ホストの国際感覚が運営に表われている。どの国からのゲストにも対応できる。ホストのゲストに対する細やかな気配りと、小樽に対する愛情が深いので、滞在は快適。ハウス内は清潔で、ベッドは最高級品だから、ぐっすりと眠れる。また、日本文化の茶道を経験することができる。癒される。感謝。

오타루역에서 가깝고 조용하고 깨끗합니다. 주인부부께서 상당한 애정을 가지고 운영하고 계셨어요. 3시 넘어 도착했더니 오르골당까지 차로 데려다주셔서 걷는 시간을 많이 줄일 수 있었습니다. 조식 없다 했는데 아침에 요거트와 과일 챙겨주시고 체크아웃시 작은 선물도 주셔서 감사히 받았습니다.

"Warm welcome and comfortable stay"

Funa-san and Kimi-san are wonderful hosts and guests are warmly welcome like old friends. They go the extra mile to introduce Otaru to us and surprised us with a hearty breakfast.

Was not an issue for me but I can imagine that it can be inconvenient if guests have to leave suitcases in the ground floor while the rooms are in the upper floor, due to the size or rollers.
