"Lovely hosts, good location, clean and comfortable."

The hosts were very nice and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable with shared amenities like a fridge, kitchen and laundry washing machine. The location is close to Otaru station which is convenient.

"Perfect stay with the perfect hosts"

Kimi-san and Funa-san were the loveliest couple, the house was immaculate, comfortable and conveniently situated. My only regret was only staying there one night, won’t stay anywhere else in Otaru in future!

Very welcoming hosts, and comfortable twin room! We only stayed for 1 night but it’s a good spot to stay even longer and enjoy Otaru/nearby ski resorts.

Such warm welcoming hosts. A real family feel. Great location to explore the area plus ease of being close to the train station. We loved Kimi San sharing a tea ceremony with us. A comfortable stay with lovely touches throughout plus good to have kitchen space and washing machine .

With just one shower meant needing to plan around this in the morning before check out.

Funa-San and Kimi-San are the best hosts, cooked me breakfast at no cost and were great to talk to. Great communication, very helpful and all round good company.

"Friendliest hosts in Otaru"

The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming and really personalised our experience from pouring us tea during our check in process and being really thorough about the facilities in their guest house. If you want recommendations they are also happy to try their best even with the english language barrier to help out and make recommendations. Overall the guesthouse is extremely clean and good value for money. The location is great with a bus stop put the front to the aquarium and the station and main strip within Otaru within walking distance. I would 100% stay here again coming back to Otaru just to see Kimi and Kuna they are wonderful people
