Ina Mansion 65

I like the proximity to the city center. We were able to have access to nearby restaurants and attractions.

I didn't like how we are not given the room we booked. I booked unit 65 but there was a mixed up and it was given to another customers. We instead use the unit they booked. The room is adjacent to some establishments where people drink until the wee hours of the morning and it was really loud.

In front of the children's park in b.park so my children enjoyed it.

elevator facilities. We were stuck in the elevator for 1hr because they did not prepare the Generator for any emergency power outage The kettle and rice cooker also are not working and the extension cord too.

No breakfast offer, of course this is an apartment only and probably no breakfast complimentary

Smelly bedsheet, blanket,pillows and pillow cases so dissapointing, parang hindi nalabhan, malagkit sa katawan pag gamitin so uncomfortable, kitchen utensils naman napaka oily and dusty

Cleanliness and close proximity to tourist spots and diners.

We got the 61st unit, The windows were not secure, the window locks were broken and its bars were cut through, this gave us discomfort and we had to tie the window bars ourselves. also, there's NO CONCIERGE, (the caretaker told me there was) it was a hassle and a frustrating experience where to put a piece of luggage after checking out. Toiletries are NOT also included (there were but they were USED). And there was a POWER OUTAGE during the second day of our stay so we couldn't even heat water. Overall it was satisfactory but not what i expected for its price.
