"Superb"

We love the ambiance of the unit. Cozy, comfortable and homey. Everything is wonderful. The location is great because it's accessible and walking distance to everywhere. The host is very accomodating and friendly. We will surely go back and stay again in this unit. Highly recommended. Thank you Ms. Lucy for having us. God bless always.

Location was great right across Burnham park. They provide enough towels and beddings. Unit was clean. Contact person respond immediately on my concern.

Light on the bathroom was blinking everytime we used the heater. Fridge was not working.

The location was close to the city centre. They have enough towels and beds for all of us. The unit was also clean

The fridge was not working. The light in the bathroom was blinking. The parking was also limited.

The location is very good. Accessible to central part of Baguio. Located right accross burnham park . Overall, we were able to sleep comfortably. Although there were a few things that need to be improved.

Parking was kind of difficult. But since we were able to talk to the guard prior to our check in, he was able to find a good parking spot for us. Secondly, we found 2 cockroaches. 1 inside the restroom, 1 near the trash bin. You should spray baygon before and after each tenant. Bathroom tiles need more cleaning. Probably soak it with chlorox or muriatic acid to remove black stains on grout. There is this peculiar smell each time we get inside the unit. Probably an aromathizer will help remove the smell before a tenant checks in.

"Cozy Baguio Place"

Location is near Burnham and very walkable to Session rd. Place is cozy.

Contact number of point person in Baguio should be accessible aside from FB msgr or Booking.com chat for any immediate concern. Although owner responds as soon as she can.

The property is near Burnham

The place is old and the heater is not working. There are cockroaches on the bathroom. The sink is clogged. The window lock is busted.
