Clean, comfortable accommodation, perfect stay for a day at the Races in Newmarket. The Host was friendly and helpful, and the property was close enough to everything like the Train station and Town centre.

Lovely decor attractive and beautifully laid out design of calming atmosphere..Nice touches.. sturdy wall mounted. reading lamp on each bedside..Tidy ,well prganised.75y Clear Labelling on the doors and breakfast items. A generous continental breakfast .was set out for us to select from. .Brief repectful conversation but otherwise given spsce to .enjoy breakfast .light airy room facing an inviting large garden.Private room ,ours faced great view of fields with horse.We also appreciated free parking on the premises. Books to read.m

.Minor details...noting these would easily give this booking 10 out of 10. A lovely bathroom.. was shared but we had it to ourselves. Found the shower hard to use.We didn't want to damage it ! so.a quick demo on arrival useful or the offer of a demo once unpacked..Two folding chairs would be great.Comfortable bed .but much easier to drink/ have a snack upright on a chair
