All good.

During hours of darkness, I found it difficult to locate the venue when driving. I noticed that outside the property is a telegraph pole and exactly on the opposite kerb is a mature tree. This was my 'marker' for my stay and I felt safer using it. This is not a quibble, hopefully a useful piece of advice for those of a certain age :)

Modern, well designed, refurbished property with well appointed rooms

Couldn’t close the roof window which made it noisy from the road outside. I didn’t want to force it. Only other thing was one of the bedside lights didn’t work.

This is a very comfortable and straightforward property. It is very quiet and no issues whatsoever. Easy access and good parking.

There is nothing to not like.

The location to the races was good. I’ve had a full refund - so that is a positive.

THE STAIRS!husband slipped on over polished stairs, top to bottom. I would not recommend this property as it is dangerous! I would send pictures but they are graphic.

Very spacious and clean, lovely property, parking available and overall a great host!

Clean and fresh . Very nice modern room with plenty of storage space and good sized ensuite shower room. Netflix was a bonus!! Lovely view from our room Great lighting for makeup 😊

Nothing to dislike

Stunning house wirh beautiful en suite bedroom. Views were amazing Continental breakfast was great. Fruit, plain and specialty yogurts, toast with varied accompaniment

Lovely views , beautiful house. We liked the continental breakfast. Good quality products and coffee.

Parking a little tricky and a bit out of town.
