Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. Although the breakfast was advertised as continental, it was very good quality. Greek yoghurt and fresh berries were a nice surprise. Vanessa has very high standards.

I was informed that it was a shared bathroom so booked with that knowledge. It worked out fine and was reflected in the very reasonable room rate.

The location, the breakfast and area for breakfast were perfect. Home made sourdough bread and real fresh coffee in a relaxing environment

It was a really hot day when we arrived, water was warm in the room and off colour. Cold fresh water is the only negative thing I have to say.

Management Pleasant.room delightful ,breakfast area well set up. If you are on a pension go for the ground floor.

Lovely host and nice breakfast. Room was spacious and light during the day while being dark enough with the blind closed. Good price.

Loud floorboards & sound carries a lot through the building. A spammer hacked their messages sending lots of nonsense messages in the months leading up to my stay, which made it hard for me to find my room instructions on the night.

Everything about this b&b was of high standard.
