Very spacious lodge and liked how the view was of the hedgerow as this offered a bit of privacy. We Well equipped with all kitchen gadgets, linen, towels etc. Easy check in.

Would prefer an earlier check in and later check out time as 5pm for check in is quite late. 11am check out would be less of a rush. Recommend net curtains or blinds as we felt the neighbouring lodges were looking at us while we were sat watching TV so had to draw the curtains.

Kettle needs replacing. Blinds needed in bedrooms as curtains are woefully inadequate. Would love to see provision for EV charging.

It was a light and spacious property.

We had trouble with the front door and had to use the patio doors, the drain in the shower was very slow to drain and you had to stop the shower and wait for the water to drain away before you could continue otherwise you would flood the bathroom. I did call the management team on Friday and Saturday and it went to a message service that said I could not leave a message as the system was full. I sent an email but no one called me or attend to the lodge to resolve the issues. This means the next occupier will have the same issues. The lodge was not clean, there was dust on quite few of the services, mould in the en-suite shower, windows and front door were filthy, stains on the arms of both sofas, very poor signal on tv no BBC1 or ITV, the locks on both bathrooms didn’t work, we found a used coffee pod in the coffee machine.

The lodge was super clean and really lovely. We were so happy when we arrived to find such a lovely place. We will definitely be going back to stay again. The beds were lovely and comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was immaculate and well looked after.
