No.3 The Villa

we liked everything about this property. It was large, clean, very comfortable and tastefully furnished and decorated. The kitchen was kitted out well in terms of utensils and electrical items for use. It was in a great location relative to the town centre

4 of us stayed at this location for 4 nights in end of July. The property was very spacious and comfortable. 3 bedrooms (one of the bedrooms had 2 twin beds, others were queen size) and a good size livingroom with television. Nice kitchen with everything you would need. Some spices and packets of sugar. There was a double-parking space included. We did drive around the immediate area a few times before we found the Villa ! Great location just a couple streets up the hill from the main part of Oban (walking distance but a little steep in areas.) I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location, having parking at the property was a massive bonus too. The property is very spacious and we had no issues at all.

Our party of four recently had a lovely visit to this property in Oban. The property layout afforded privacy between the two couples, and at the same time, the public rooms (lounge and kitchen) were comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen has lovely appliances including a gas hob, a generously sized refrigerator/freezer, an ice machine (!!!), microwave, air-fryer, dishwasher, and washing machine. I am sure I have forgotten something, but you get the idea. Additionally, my communication with the owner(s) was excellent. I was grateful for the prompt, thoughtful, and accommodating responses to all my queries. I would welcome a return visit, to the property and this beautiful area of Scotland.

As mentioned in other reviews, the property is located at the top of a steep hill. There is, however, a generous, off-street parking space located on the property, which is handy. There are approximately half a dozen descending steps to enter the villa. There is a handrail, however, and the steps are adequately sized. I mention this because we are all over 70, and one of our party struggles with climbing stairs but managed to navigate entering and leaving the flat without difficulty.

A beautiful property in an excellent location close to the town of Oban. It was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The was a large parking space outside the property.
