FRTrès dur d’y trouver des qualités, je dirai que l’emplacement dans la ville est bon. C’est tout, même le bâtiment est insalubre.
C’est du vol, le bâtiment est dans un état pitoyable, pas de frigo pourtant annoncé dans la description (on a pas pu manger dans le studio), pas de piles dans l’horloge et la télécommande. Pas de wifi. Pas de sécurité au niveau de la porte d’entrée ! Du jamais vu. Mais le pire reste entre le risque d’électrocution dans la baignoire, impossible de se laver. Aucune sécurité et hygiène ! C’est une énorme déception. Ça ne devrait même pas être loué avant travaux.
GBPiles of rubbish bags and human filth met us at the door. Bair wires, brick work and filth as we opened the door. Filthy door surround and telephone entry system on inner door. Inside apartment the damp/urine smell was overwhelming. Kitchen area was filthy and crumbs and rubbish on surfaces and drawers. Damp and mould across ceiling. Bathroom had mould everywhere and the ceiling was coming down. Bath was filthy. The furniture was old and broken.

Dur de trouver où est l'appartement une demi heure pour localiser, publication mensongère il n'y a pas de frigo ni table et chaises pour manger, lit inconfortable, l'eau du lavabo c'est un filet d'eau, appartement non fini, plafond SDB pourri sent la moisissure, baignoire qui fuit, vue sur les poubelles des restaurants rue derrière en travaux bruyant impossible de dormir, vraiment déçu c'est du vol le propriétaire ne répond pas.

No proper water in bathroom kitchen, no proper cleaning
GBLocation was in the right spot, but just off the main street which was full of rubbish
No water, electrics were suspect (as a qualified M&E engineer) the 1 bedroom apartment was actually a studio flat so not as advertised, the kitchen looks nice but is unusable with no fridge which the listing stating that there was one.

A fuir ne correspond pas du tout à l'annonce.dans un état pitoyable.nous avons pas osé prendre une douche. Très dangereux . Ce référé aux photos. Pas d eau chaude ,pas de frigidaire comme annoncé dans l annonce. Fenêtre non insonorisé très bruyant. Les WC mettent 5 minutes à ce recharger En eau.
