Modern 1 BR - 5 min walk from Princess Street EB1

The location was great but everything else was very disappointing.

There was leaks from the roof over the bath. When the people upstairs came home the sealing started leaking so wondering if its water from the toilet. The leaks had caused damage to the roof including through the power socket which is very dangerous. There was leaks through the kitchen area ceiling which caused one of the lights to flicker when you turn it on and then it would go straight out. No hot water in the kitchen taps and the hot water dribbled out of the bathroom tap and shower was not good either. The towels had marks over them so we had to swap to other towels that were left there. There was no floor Matt and tea towel which I did message the host about and she said the cleaner could drop some off but we didn’t want people in there around our bags during the day due to passports being in there. They just should have been provided from the begging. Definitely not worth the money at all and should not be legal to rent that out for safety reasons. No WiFi provided either and very patchy in there with mobile data.

Good location, close to old town and new town. Walking distance to castle

This accommodation did not match its advertising. It is not a one bedroom with separate living room, it's a studio flat. The bathroom has a leaking roof with water damage and mushrooms growing out the holes in the roof. It's also a very loud area with construction and the bars below.

The location

Lots , it wasn’t ready to be let, it wasn’t finished . Painting half done , no fridge , no hot water on the kitchen , trickle of water in the bathroom sink, no shower curtain up , it’s advertised as one bedroom flat it’s a studio flat , all in one room, cupboard in hall full of workman’s tools and bits to still go up towel rails etc, no drawers to put clothes in and tv didn’t work as it needed internet connection , couldn’t get hold of landlord he responded once in 3 days

Location.

The property was unusable. Completely filthy, bins full of old food, bed had no bedding, couch was in pieces stuffed in a corner, roof was leaking and mouldy in the bathroom, was greeted by a mouldy smelly boiler with door blocked by a ladder. I left and found other accomodation and the owner refuses to refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Location of property is in very comfortable place to reach any place you want with in walking distance .

Very spacious kitchen was great

Could have been cleaner, no plug for bath so couldn’t bath my son and no cot facilities
