It Was Dirty & Absolutely Nothing Like The Pictures!

The entrance smelled and looked like a safety hazard. Once in the flat (1) we were greeted by a messy cabinet. Further inside the flat looked ok. In the bathroom was a hair and used shower gel for men (not sure if it was meant to be there and part of the accommodation). The one thing that really got us riled up was that there was no hot water or water pressure. We texted the managers and after not being able to help us at all they gave us two options. Either take the full refund or wait for a craftsman the following day and get it fixed. Since we went for a weekend away didn’t want to spend more time than necessary in the flat and letting someone in with all our valuables in the flat while we were gone was no option as well. We decided for the refund and after giving the manager notice of our decision and also phoning booking about it - it seemed to be settled. After no reply or refund during our stay we messaged the manager again and got no reply or refund up till today (2 weeks)

The floor and shower were relatively grim, oven had no door, fridge was nonexistent despite the pictures.
GBLovely well equipped kitchen - but no fridge!? Beautiful bathroom apart from the leak and missing shower screen/curtain - didn’t dare use the shower Brand new TV - but not connected!?
We were sent wrong details for collecting the key, Entrance hall was a shocking mess, there was water coming through the bathroom ceiling/power point, also coming through the hall cupboard

It was very dusty and seemed to be a working progress .no fridge .no bedside tables .no fire safety equipment .water pressure was very poor in the bathroom .doors didnt fit too good .no information pack.no hairdryer.

Pictures of the kitchen are misleading - there is no fridge, oven was not connected. No wi-fi :(
