Location, it’s right at the beach front. Restaurants and shops are easily accessible.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with the quality of service I experienced during my recent stay at your accommodation. Firstly, there was an unacceptable delay in gaining access to the property. The key was not ready for us, and we had to wait nearly an hour for someone to bring it to us. This lack of preparedness is completely unprofessional. Upon entering the property, we were immediately overwhelmed by an overpowering smell of deodorant in the room. It was so strong that it caused us to sneeze and gave us instant headaches, making it impossible to sleep through the night. Additionally, the linen was not changed for over three nights, and the towels were not refreshed either. This was particularly disappointing given that we were charged a service fee, which implied that we would receive proper cleaning and maintenance during our stay. The absence of any cleaning service left us feeling neglected and dissatisfied.

I liked the location. I however disliked the bedding. For the price I paid per night, I expected proper white linen like the ones we’ve become accustomed to at hotels at that price range. The bedding was clean but old. It so old that it was off-white. The duvet was so thin from wear and tear that it couldn’t keep me warm. When I informed the staff, she said she would send someone. That someone never came and I never bothered to follow up because I knew I would never book them again. We were there from Thursday to Monday. We did not get cleaning service. If we were meant to clean for ourselves then they would’ve provided all the tools. Tip for them: have the cleaning service come in after 2 days like we get at other apartment stays. Have the toilet roll restocked after 2 days like it does at other apartment stays. Definitely up your game on the bedding. You can’t be offering anything less than what is standard at hotels and apartment stays like yours.

Parking is in street nou parking in building complex .I had to uber al over because of parking space in street .
