The house is very beautiful with historical value and well located to the beach. The view is really amazing! Massimiliano is attentive and concerned about the guests. It was a real pleasure for us to be there!

Clean, comfortable, well priced. My room had great views and I enjoyed the included breakfast in the garden. Massimiliano was very helpful in letting me check in early and communicated frequently to solve any issues I had.

The host is super friendly, relaxed and helpful. I stayed for 2 weeks for a kite surfing competition, so the beach side location was perfect.

The location is perfect for a laid back and chilled out week at the beach. The host and staff are really nice and made our stay very comfortable. With an outside area to chill out in between beach sessions, we found it quite useful. Breakfast was simple with the option for Italian or English style. With a nearby supermarket, food stalls, restaurants, beachside bars and at the time (August) the food festival, food options are abundant.

For a relaxing beach break there was nothing amiss.

Unbeatable location!!! It's directly at the best sea street of Cagliari very very close to the beach & close to a lot of restaurants, bars, shops & bus stations who lead directly to the city center!!! The owner is very friendly!! He is always available by whatsapp and answers you any question. The bed was confortable. (2matraces) If you would like anything additional items for breakfast you can just ask the owner and he does organize it. Wow! I liked also the possibility to stay in the garden. There is a small shower and a few sunbeds. What could maybe be improved: It would be even more luxurious if the room would be cleaned more often then every 3rd day, maybe every 2cond day? (especially the floor.. As it's so close to the beach it can get a bit sandy quickly) Otherwise the cleaning staff did a good job.. Afterwards it was always very clean! Personally the room was a bit too humid for us. (With the aircon the problem was quickly solved) I guess on long therm the room in wich we stayed need some renovation works. The building is very old and beautiful! (and it's even under a kind of historical protection) so, we wish the owner good luck that he gets the permission : ) We really also appreciated the luck that we could do a for free late check out. This made our trip back home so much easier! Again, thank you, thank you for everything! It was really the relaxing quiet vacation we was looking for!
