"Not very comfortable."

Great location. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Very small, no wardrobe space, the shower leaked all over the floor, no seats, just the bed. Pretty noisy.

"Nice but might be better"

Great location and kind staff

A wide curtain for the shower would have been better to avoid wetting the floor. few bottles of water in the fridge and a home made/ better quality for the breakfast option would have been appreciated too. The building is really nice but requires huge maintenance works.

"Nice room in the heart of Poetta beach."

This was a nice little room, just large enough for two, in a great location on Poetta Beach in Cagliari. The owner, Massimilio was very friendly. The place was easily accessible by car, bus, bicycle or scooter.

The breakfast was a little spare, offering only coffee (espresso, cappuccino, etc), yogurt, pre-packaged buns and toast, as well as juices and water.
