Great Location great Host everything perfect

The location was excellent, right across from the beach and close to a grocery store and restaurants. The staff were very kind and helpful too

The villa is in a a great location, right accross the beach. Massimiliano was an excellent host, always helpful, he even let us use the facilities even after checking out.

sitting in the garden for breakfast, the owner Massimiliano, loaned us a beach umbrella, a couple beach towels and a couple of beach chairs .Alexandria the housekeeper would greets us at breakfast Time if we need anything for breakfast. or we need extra Towels, our room were cleaned every day. The bus stop to Cagliari was not very far away from the apartment the supermarket was close by also.

We only found two good restaurants in Poetto, there were catering vans and beach bars with only a limited menu. Not many place eat out, one ice cream shop which was crowded in the evening on the main pedestrians area There no shops round that area.

Bathroom outside of the room (understandable given the building's history but a small inconvenience nevertheless)

Fantastic location. Host was very accommodating , they supplied towels and an umbrella for the beach. Room was good size, light and airy. Good storage.

Bathroom was across the hall which wasn't ideal.

A special villa, the first (and highest) built on the poetto beach, built in the late 1920s. It’s really cross road from the beach which is free entrance and, even if a town beach, it’s one of the most beautiful in Sardegna. The villa has a nice garden too. There is a free parking just 50 mt away (probably very busy during summer, it was completely free in early June). Even if expensive it remains a special place where we will probably return. Beautiful terrace.

The bathroom is private but not in the room, I didn’t understand this before booking. Breakfast didn’t have a salty choice but only cakes (from the previous day). Furniture is somewhat dated and it would have been useful a stand to put our towels and costumes to dry on the terrace.

Absolutely Perfect location..fabulous room with exceptional balcony with amazing beach views …will be back one day for sure..best place to stay in Cagilari 👍
